RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Methodical research was conducted in over 20 different countries to evaluate user needs, understand process pain points, determine opportunities and validate conceptual designs. This research guided our design principles of establishing trust, facilitating understanding, maintaining transparency, and ease of use. Once the solution was developed the research continued with A/B testing, analysing user behavior with heatmaps and analytics.
CHALLENGE: The hardest part of the project was the preview of the perfum during the customization process. The CGI team 3D rendered every single component in a way to ensure the perfect match in the final configuration.
