PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Solar Energy Sharing Multifunctional Lam

INSPIRATION:
By using solar energy, we have solved the electricity problem in underdeveloped areas, enabling people to use natural renewable resources without the need for any economic payout to get a well-lit night whenever they wish. It has solved lighting and visibility problems whether going out, traveling or staying at home during the night. Its use is also very convenient. It has not only met the need for public street lamps, but also met the need for use by each individual family.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This solar lamp has an ultra large solar panel, which carries its own light energy sensor and can rotate 360 degrees. Below the panel is a large area of energy-efficient lighting. people can gather under the lamp for studying, working or having some fun. Each solar lamp is equipped with nine removable charging hand lights. people can remove these lights and use them at home. As long as people bring them back to their original positions for charging the following day.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Using this solar lamp at night as a street lamp, people can gather under it to do their work, have some entertainment or spend their time chatting. As a pendant light, this solar lamp can provide mobile lighting for the entire family and light up the house. As a table lamp, this solar lamp can help children with their studies or parents with their work. As a flashlight, this solar lamp can serve as a travelling light for people venturing out at night.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in September 2017 in Xiamen and finished in November 2017 in Xiamen.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The solar panel has a power of 35 watts,On a sunny day, the battery can be fully charged in just 5 hours.The stored power supply can support a headlight to work for 10 hours or support the stored power supply can support a flashlight to work for 12 hours.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Using solar energy, a fully renewable resource, to provide energy can play a great positive role in the social, environmental, cultural, and economic spheres, among other aspects of life. Especially for underdeveloped regions, it can alleviate pressure on the economy. Solving the basic living electricity consumption problem in a poor area will drive the development of handicrafts in this area and speed up its economic development.

CHALLENGE:
First, many countries in Africa are facing electricity shortage problems, and so basic electricity use has become a challenge. Second, the areas with limited power supply are usually economically underdeveloped areas.
