| DESIGN NAME: Creator C-400 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Barrier-Free Pocket & Cocktail Tissue Pa INSPIRATION: The design cuts into an often overlooked issue,and has the potential not only to meet the needs of some specific daily situations but also meet the needs of some specific groups of people.The more easily-accessible tissue packaging design opened a door to greater convenience in everyday life.This design change is low cost and requires minimal resources and effort to implement,as we have tried to minimize the changes and maximize value. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This packaging design makes it easy for people to pull out tissues. It is suitable for use in various situations when the use of both hands is inconvenient. It can also be used by special groups.The current design makes the cut opening bigger and the tissue-binding area smaller so that people can easily pull out tissues with one hand or both hands, without disturbing the assembly of unused tissues. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The conventional cut-open design subjects tissues to binding force on three sides, so they have to be pulled out with both bands working together. By comparison, the current design cut opens from the side, thus removing packing constraint. A right-angle cut opening leaves a larger exit, thus allowing the users to operate the tissue pack with one hand and pull out tissues along the opening. This design extends the length and coverage of transparent adhesive tapes. Even if the pocket tissues are not used up at one time, it will not affect the storage of the unused ones. Simply seal back the pack from the tear-off position, safely retaining the unused tissues. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Polyethylene(PE) SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: W54 x D23 x H75 (unit:mm) TAGS: Tissue , Environmental protection , Accessible , Handy , Handicapped , Productdesign RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This design upgrades the existing packaging to make it possible for people to pull out tissues with one hand. It is also suitable for people with disabilities.The packaging design does not need to change the existing packaging structure or materials. All it needs is to change the direction of the cut, thereby improving usage and optimizing user experience. The reconstruction cost is low and it is easy to implement. CHALLENGE: The design of the opening of traditional handkerchief tissue paper makes retrieving the tissue from the packet somewhat difficult, especially for those who can only use one hand at the time or have only one hand, for whom it can be almost impossible.
