RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
The research methodology for the projects involves studying the Government regional and local urban masterplans. Site analysis also involves studying the surrounding context and also the internal existing landforms, vegetations, buildings, etc of the site. Precedent cases of agritourism projects is also critical part of the masterplan study. Finally, a massing analysis of future building blocks are studied in terms of density, number of blocks, no of stories, building layout and location.

CHALLENGE:
The greatest challenge of the project is how we approach the treatment and modification to an existing aquaculture farm with a proper phasing and time completion plan firstly to minimize the interference to the current operation, but more importantly to create a strong sense of place for tourism purposes.
