| DESIGN NAME: Postmodern Aesthetics PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: The melody composed by the interaction between the classical and modern style has now turned into a new chapter for postmodern aesthetics. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: At the foyer, the stone walls decorated with gold plating manifest the elegant luxury, of which the frosted-metal wall surfaces span the visual scale. The cloakroom, ingeniously furnished behind the wall, makes the space larger. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the master bedroom, the headboard is exquisite, and the wall functioning for both TV wall and dressing table creatively segregates two independent spaces. Alongside in the master bedroom, the big walk-in closet is satisfactory. In the guest room, the big floor-to-ceiling window and delicate wooden bedside table advertise comforting atmosphere. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The kitchen and personal spaces, symmetrically located on each side of the dining room, express the noble style by means of golden-metal walls. Adjoining the kitchen, the black-wooden veneers with golden plating disseminate the exquisite postmodern atmosphere. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 245 square meter. TAGS: Interior Design, Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The avant-garde aesthetics, constituted by the combinations of titanium plates and marble frameworks, ingeniously change the original layout into the clear space, in which the magnificent grandiloquence associated with postmodern aesthetics demonstrates the resolution inheriting family traditions. CHALLENGE: The public area is large, and meanwhile, the glass wall installed between the living and study room visually extends the space. In the living, the sloped beams magically broaden the space scale vertically. The column perfectly joining the glass wall displays consistent layout.
