PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design
INSPIRATION: From calligraphic works, paintings, carvings, to all types of artifacts, the invaluable collections possess hidden language of a millenary of humanistic development for designers to explore. Responding to the global trend of simple luxury, our intent of planning is to promote the rebirth of luxury residence of new kind by applying natural textures and totems, which are transformed from palace emblems of deluxe and abundance.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Taiwan's National Palace Museum is a must-see attraction for many international travelers visiting Taipei. It is a historic and cultural treasure trove of thousands of years of oriental palace transitions to inspire many of the designers.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Apply color of golden, including golden amber at bar and kitchen as well as gold foil over dining table, to symbolize ancient royal glory, reflect an image of living in affluence, and also spark the interior with magnificent light.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in August 2015 in Taipei City, Taiwan.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Layer a metal net beneath the wooden grate partition at hallway entrance, to create a unique appeal of oriental window frame and express a design language of symmetry and repetition in oriental aesthetics.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 160 square meters.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Display a complete piece of Chibi marble slab with natural texture to bring out the surging momentum, as if ten thousand steeds gallop ahead, making it the most beautiful "enframed scenery" in oriental imagery.
CHALLENGE: Reappear the image of Chinese splash-ink paintings with a complete piece of marble slab of landscape texture at hallway entrance, to convey a feel of serenity from oriental elements as well as visually impact the homeowners to allow mood conversion when returning to home.
