RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This was a personal project with no production budget, the only thing I had was my time and own resources. The challenge was to find animation techniques that were simple enough to be done by me and not involve outside specialists. The renderer and render settings used had to be light enough, that the whole movie could be produced on my own computers and expensive render farm solutions were not needed.
CHALLENGE: This was a "labor of love" project, the work had to be done in between jobs at nights and weekends. To not lose sight of the overall direction, I had to compartmentalize every step of the process, define intermediate goals and stick to the schedule.
