The spatial planning was based on "creation, transformation and breakthrough". UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is an educational institution, with academic features, so freedom, open and communication were the directions during design process. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Full analysis on the nature, positioning, users and market of the project, application of new materials and technologies, to achieve an innovative project.
