| DESIGN NAME: Renaissance PRIMARY FUNCTION: Armchair INSPIRATION: The shaping basis of the concept was taken by a Curule Seat Image (lat. Sella Curulis) with X-shaped legs. Curule chairs chair in Ancient Rome could belong only to the highest magistrates (lat. magistratus curulis). There is a legend that the first curule chairs chair made from gold was given to Gaius Julius Caesar. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design of the chair allows it to be used in both public and private interiors. The stylish, minimal and modern shape of armchair "renaissance&qu OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The armchair can be used in any public places: restaurant terraces, cafe, library, airport and etc. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The concept was designed in March 2011 in Russia. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The module is made of a stainless steel thin tube and modules are welded between them around the axis.
