DESIGN NAME: Spatial
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Structural Ring
INSPIRATION: Having had a strong foundation of Architecture, I have always had this inclination towards geometry and structure. The idea was to come up with a bold, edgy ring. The design reflects the will power and hope of a creative person who may be struggling to break away from the stereotypes created by external factors or his/her own mindset (metal structure), still shining (druzy) from within. This is one of my initial (and one of the most favorite) designs as a Jewelry Designer.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design incorporates a metal frame structure in which the druzy is held in such a way that there is emphasis on both the stone as well as the metal frame structure. The structure is quite open and makes sure that the stone is the star of the design. It is bold, edgy and wearable.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Two finger ring that is easily wearable
