| DESIGN NAME: Quiet heart PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sliding door INSPIRATION: When the noisy world gradually affects the mood, people begin to pursue a quiet heart at home, so this kind of work was designed for this purpose. In terms of materials, we use wood and antique tiles in order to achieve a balanced effect. Through several communication with the owners, more and more design inspirations have emerged from the mind. I have always believed that family has a temperature, combined with the design of the owner's needs, to give him a warm home is my design pursuit. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In terms of materials, used wood and antique tiles in order to achieve a balanced effect. In the color system, I chose to use white, pure white, wood gray and a small amount of rigid black as secondary colors to create an agile atmosphere without losing power. In the match, pay attention to the survival of the true, in order to create a comfortable and relaxed family atmosphere. The wall of the living room was designed with a highly coordinated sliding door with a white wall, which weakened the presence and ensured the unity of the design style. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The owner chose me as his designer and it was a kind of fate. Because he visited my friend's home which was designed by me. In order to live up to the trust and expectations of the owners for me, during the design stage, I chatted with the owner several times to obtain his preferences and requirements for design; in the construction and material selection stage, each one communicated with the on-site workers to ensure that the design More perfect presentation. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The entire house is in a rough state. During the construction process, the designer visited the front site several times to check the construction situation and communicated with the workers about the construction details. The walls of the house were painted with latex paint. Most of the cabinets in the room were hand-made and brushed by Chinese workers. The ground was floor-heated and then grey matt floor tiles were applied. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: There is a sliding door, which highly coordinated with white wall in living room. And it has the same color with wall and cabinet. The wall, which is separated by toilet, firefighting access and guest room, became complete and clean by changing the storage mode and sliding door’s mode. In the same time, it solves the storage problem of living room and dining room. With the use of a sliding door handle to coordinate the style of the entire space, patterned glass sliding doors ensure daylighting. TAGS: Modernism, quiet, nature, comfort, simplicity, happiness RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The owners are Chinese couples in the new era and have certain requirements for storage functions. However, she also pursued a minimalist style. In design, I abandoned the tedious decoration. The restaurant space takes into account the original lack of sense of hierarchy, adds an island station, and optimizes the spatial layout. The bathroom of the master bedroom was due to the curved wall of the structure of the house, so I chose a circular bathtub when choosing the bathtub. In addition, a wall between the bathroom and the balcony was built, and additional niches can be added to increase the storage space. CHALLENGE: It’s narrow in the room because that wall space is separated by toilet, firefighting access and guest room. We make it complete and clean by change the storage mode and sliding door mode. Because part of the structure of the house is an arc-shaped wall, in order to make reasonable use of these spaces, I specially designed a special-shaped bookcase when designing the study, which changed the boring traditional bookcase and brought fresh breath.
