The modern Mediterranean cuisine is focused on health and wellness with inspiration taken from across Turkey, Lebanon, Greece, Spain and Sicily as well as local dishes rich in fruits, herbs and vegetables. The entire space invigorates customers with a crisp palette of pale oak, white marble, linen Corian and polished stainless steel punctuated by pops of vibrant citrus colours. Modernist furniture, intricate custom millwork and numerous design details deliver a cosmopolitan vibe with strong style but understated elegance.
Creative challenge was to create an all day cafe that can service large volume of breakfast in the morning then become a hip dining place during the rest of the day. Very high ceiling, large volume and daylight had to be made intimate and cosy through the use of fresh colours, soft material and humour in the detail.
