| DESIGN NAME: Safe Durian PRIMARY FUNCTION: Net Bag INSPIRATION: When people buy durian, how to carry and place is a problem, there is no reasonable way to pack the durian. The epidermal structure of durian is dangerous to people, and it is easy to hurt people and the surrounding environment. To design a package suitable to the epidermal structure of durian and can effectively prevent the appearance of durian harm people. The package uses a recycled paper ball, the packaging itself can be reused, paper ball material is also renewable materials. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It relates to a kind of reusable durian net bag. Durian shell is too sharp so that it is easy to injure people. Thus, a safe net bag for holding durian is designed, which is also reusable. It is made by knitting with recycled paper ball, and is light and environmentally-frie OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: To put the durian in the middle of the packing net, then lift the handle of the packing net, and the durian will be wrapped in the packing net. By this way, it is very safe to carry and place a durian. You can carry it by hands, hold it by walk, as well as put it in any location, there will be no harm. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Recycled paper ball SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: product dimensions: 500mm*500mm*18mm package: without package. TAGS: Durian, net bag, safe bag, recycled paper, paper ball RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Durian is a very popular fruit, but the outer skin of durian has a certain risk, and now there is no effective packaging for durian. At the same time, considering the reusability of packaging and the environmental protection of the material, the mesh packaging weaved by recycled paper balls is designed. CHALLENGE: The control of the weight of packaging itself, and the weaving method of packing are difficult. On the aspect of weight of packaging, we finally chose recycled paper as the main material. This reduced the weight of the package. After a lot of attempts, a weaving method suitable for all durian was found as well.
