| DESIGN NAME: Amorphous Dance PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ring INSPIRATION: I wanted to express the amorphous feeling from my heart inspired by beautiful image of the moon in the shade of the trees shaking in the sky on a moist night. Amber's unique historical meaning and feeling, called "Tears from Trees" was reproduced by mixing dazzling blue pearls of "light of water" and the lavish Blue Topaz and Opal. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The reason for choosing an opaque amber was to draw a moon with a combination of several brush strokes of moving pearls from the ocean in the form of a mini sculpture combined with fresh stones while expressing the secret history of Amber, Tears from Trees. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Opaque and transparent, blend of movement and immobility PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was made in March 2017 in Toronto, Canada. It took around 3 weeks to make final art piece from Drawing. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: As a Visual Artist background, I rotated the Amber and placed the Pearl Stroke in harmony. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 57 mm x Height 28 mm x Depth 28 mm TAGS: Jewelry, Art jewelry, unique, minimal, Pearl, Opal, Blue Topaz, Handcraft jewelry, creative, Moon, Stroke, Movable, flowing RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Gorgeous and trendy gems are not the only gemstones. It was a challenge to transform the boredom from the opaque amber, compared to transparent and colorful gemstones, to a fresh and harmonious one. It was also a challenge to describe the moving Pearl's positions, reminiscent of the moon between the leaves, without making the strokes uncomfortable. I would like to turn jewelery into a Mini Sculpture with a story by grafting more of personal whispers on life; the story of life reflected in jewelry. CHALLENGE: I would like to continue presenting to current jewelry market, a story of life that does not follow various fashion trends. We are thinking about the concept of a brand that combines memories of moments and art concepts together.
