UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the final installment of a LEED master-planned community, Selene in both its architectural presence and interior aesthetic speak to the buyer demographic. The concept is simple, “modern, classic, luxury” offering a handsome array of lifestyle amenities spanning over 15,000 square feet. The design behind Selene offers its residents full amenity spaces for the young and empty nesters. Materials may be luxurious yet also familiar, creating a comforting and approachable dynamic.

It’s architectural presence and interior aesthetic speaks to purchasers and to the future in a way of environmental approaches. With recycled materials, green roofs, and efficient energy systems this answers to the responsibility the developer has accepted; a transformed built environment leading to a sustainable future. With an elite attention to detail, layers of warm rich tones of marble, bronze metals, fumed oaks, and lush textiles sets this project apart from others with clear distinction.
