| DESIGN NAME: Providence Peak PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show House INSPIRATION: The Providence Show house is situated in the waterfront of Tolo Harbour, Hong Kong. Inside this refurbished 4000-square-feet four-storey residence, has an air of romance and a sense of understated luxury, combines with an eclectic mix of modern classic and cosmopolitan style. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor are connected to the entrance garden and backyard with swimming pool. The whole living space is crowned by a full height windows, which makes the space open, fill room with air and natural light. The high ceiling spaces feature Italian sawn marble fireplace wall along with bespoke walnut-veneered furniture and LED chandelier. The atmospheric wall palette and upholstery paneling all add an earthy richness. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Moving away from the main living area, the ratio of the residence mildly shifts from aristocracy to a contemporary modern living. The second floor is bursting with colors and patterns. The striking cyan marble-like wallpaper vies all the attention in the family room. Both guest bedrooms are designed with a strong feminine and masculine characters with variety of materials and colors. Even though the study room keeps a primarily classical interior, the mint velvet upholstered mouldings evokes the openness and boldness of the entire space. Moving upwards to the master bedroom suite, with views to the back garden and a large private and social terrace, all aristocracy is once again restored. The bedroom are covered with Maya-Ramonoff's handmade pearl-like wall coverings, defining and highlighting the rhythm of the space. The "floating in space" wardrobe , bronze steel upholstery headboard, and some intricate detailing has exuded the grand, imposing and gleaming touch to the interior.
