| DESIGN NAME: Tou PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mobile Lighting Workbench INSPIRATION: We focus on the automatic adjustment of the LED intelligent lighting technology and diverse working scenes of urban office workers. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Urban office workers often need to deal with emergency work outside the office. But the lighting environment in different places is often difficult to meet the needs of the work. When you can't find a table, people need to put a personal computer on their knees,which is a bad experience. And this product is designed to solve these problems. This is a mobile workbench based on LED intelligent lighting technology.It can help office workers deal with the emergency work outside the office.In addition,it has four colors to select. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When the environment light is appropriate, we don’t need to pull out the lighting module. When the environment light is not appropriate, we only need to pull out the lighting module and it will automatically adjust the appropriate brightness according to the environment, which is convenient for users. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We choose PC plastic to make this product. In order to guarantee the high production efficiency and the dimensional accuracy, we choose the injection molding technique to make it. The lower part is metallized by means of metal spraying. The high velocity particle flow of molten metal is sprayed on the basic surface to produce a coating layer, and the protection of the plastic is formed. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: When the lighting module is pulled to the highest point, the size of the workbench is 380mm*280mm*310mm, which is designed according to the size of the 14 inch personal computer. TAGS: easy, intelligent, illumination, workbench, mobile RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We found the problem mainly by observation. Then we deepen the understanding through user interviews, and we collect relevant technical information on the Internet actively to design the product. CHALLENGE: The difficulty lies in combining the size of the computer and the size of the work package to determine the size of the workbench. It can’t be too large or small,or it will be inconvenient to carry and ues.Finally, we design it according to the size of the 14 inch personal computer.
