| DESIGN NAME: Old School Charm PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: Inspired by the past and aspired the current. The unique aesthetic feature that draws the visitors was the authentic push-cart cum study table, the traditional cable-tray cum artwork shades & the typical table lamp cum wall integration artefact. Tapping the basic fundamental material; cement & ventilation block to telescope an extra dimension to the space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It has been say “Vintage” is always the reverse trend of everything. The nature of this experience, it is always evolving from past to present; now to decades. Ageless elegance particularly allows home owners to think of “Their home”; warm and comfortable just like a home-cooked meal. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The fun display about this apartment was infusing many element in a space but yet don’t overdose it. The first adjective that comes to mind; a past & present home. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: Preserve the past; conserve the essence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: Occupying the typical flat layout, the element was to keep existing structure but yet oversized the residence’s aesthetic looks. One of the challenge factor was obtaining the vintage old bicycle yet distribute its spare-parts evenly to balance the push-cart.
