PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the sales hall, map, text and architectural model give a lively narration of the story of the Pavilia Bay. While attention is paid to authenticity of the furniture, characteristics of yacht are also blended in with high level of details, highlighting the reception and model as two important features standing on the blue carpet.
Utilization of technologies like projection and visual reality plays an influential role in this multi-media sales office. It allows both presentation of information and actualization of the design concept. On the other hand, selecting white high-gloss lacquer paint as the major interior furnish could not only generate smooth transitions between different zones, but also address the challenge of inadequate natural lighting in the shopping mall.
