| DESIGN NAME: Portable Toilet PRIMARY FUNCTION: Folded,the Convenience of Moving INSPIRATION: When we find out the use of outdoor inconvenient, the initial concept of this design will be generated, is based on the convenience and quick into the beauty. the overall shape of the product is vertical cuboid, in its external plane and corner by adding steel pipe, both beautiful and can increase the intensity, aluminum alloy frame plated with black, the surface from the cover of the waterproof fiber cloth color can be replaced according to need. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: According to ergonomic principles, the use of stretching, locking and limit to achieve its folding function, easy to move, carry and use, this product in the city streets, suburban parties, construction sites and other places have a better application, the use of ground cover under the use of the sewage system, both convenient and efficient resources. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When using the aluminum alloy frame to start, lock, the waterproof fiber cloth and the frame connection, surrounded by a vertical rectangular shape, and then the well cover can be used after the release. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design had been trialled in September 2016 in Shenyang, completed in November 2016 in Shenyang, and displayed in December the same year in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The outer frame of this product is made of aluminum alloy, the connection is connected with the shaft, and the metal cutting, polishing and baking process are used, the main part of the block is made of waterproof fiber cloth, and the cutting and stitching process is used, the metal part is made of metal process. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The expansion size of the product is 1000mm×1000mm×2000 TAGS: public toilet , folding , portable , aluminum alloy , waterproof fiber cloth RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Based on ergonomics, the folding structure is applied to the portable public toilet, which fully reflects the function of the product, and solves the emergency situation of the physiological requirements, the product has reasonable function, simple shape, environmental protection and convenient production Etc. CHALLENGE: First of all, when the main body of the product is launched, the support strength of the aluminum alloy and the joint is the biggest challenge in the design, secondly, the connection between the waterproof fiber cloth and the main frame is also a challenge. NAME: LuXun Academy of Fine Arts PROFILE: The predecessor of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (LAFA) was the Yanan-based Luxun Arts College (LAC) founded, in 1938, by the pioneering generation of Chinese Revolutionaries including Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. Mao personally handwrote the Motto of LAC: “Strenuousness, Seriousness, Diligence and Modesty”. The college was removed to Northeast China in 1945 and evolved to Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1958. |
