| DESIGN NAME: Megaron Ring PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ring INSPIRATION: Inspired by the Megaron, considered to be the earliest architectural act, the angular lines in the collection represent the walls, the openings the doorway and the circular forms the hearth, all adorned with gold and diamond accents symbolizing love, prosperity, and all that is good. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Megaron symbol, which is widely accepted to represent the first human dwelling in architectural history, has been a starting point. This geometric layout, consisting of a simple square and a circle, forms the main form of the Megaron ring. This timeless, contemporary and architectural ring actually has a deep message; all we need true love and simple life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Classy Megaron rings are cool, timeless and contemporary pieces. They can be used alone and combine with the others. They perfectly complete sport-chic look and elegant style. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Megaron ring is master piece of House of DIV and first one has been designed at 2015. Designer keep to work on this master pieces and design new versions every year. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: First model has been handmade with wax by a designer. The rings are produced as gold 14K, 18K or 925 SS depending on their weight. Diamonds and precious stone are used. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Dimensions : 20mm X 14,5mm X 20mm Ring size : 54 TAGS: ring, geometric, contemporary, historical, unique RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Because a designer is and architect and she has been worked on those pieces with mathematical and geometrical ways. She generally use a golden ratio on her designs. All pieces are produced by conventional methods at Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey. CHALLENGE: Because a designer is and architect and she has been worked as an architect since twenty years, she specifically selected this form of architectural history and made it a master piece of the brand.
