The starting point for this design was nature. As we walk around in parks and natural gardens,we often encounter objects that are softer and rounded than sharp-edged objects,such as leaves, trees, shrubs, daisies. With this idea, our product can be produced in single, double, triple clover forms like leaves and can easily adapt to nature.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
LEDs are used in the Arc led lighting that are illuminating for outdoor usage in areas like gardens, parks and etc. Modular design; allows flexible lighting design with different number of modules and different size arms. Design; consists of 2, 3, 4, 6 led modules on the same body. Shape changing is provided by changing the dimensions of the module connection profile arms and different arrangement Arc; provides less mold cost and the ability to create products in every concept by its ergonomic design . However, the most striking feature of the product is to be open to develop new designs due to its module and body form. Depending on the user's imagination, new designs can always be revealed.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Arc; offers different lighting solutions by SS2, SS3, SS4, SS6, SS6Y specifications. Since the LED, driver and high voltage protection systems are in separate sections, maintenance and repair operations are easier. Because the electrification system is completely hidden in the product, it has both aesthetic and safe structure. The product has IP66 protection and high voltage protection system for outdoor usage.

The product is mainly made of aluminum. Diffused poly carbonate optical covers. While the body parts are injection molded, produced from aluminum with high corrosion resistance and high heat conductivity, module connection arms; are produced from standard size steel profile. For this reason, the products can be optioned in different designs by using the body and modules produced by the aluminium injection Process, dimension and positioning the module arms made of steel profiles in different sizes.With various designs; Flexibility of lighting and energy usage can be created. In addition, thanks to the adjustable body structure, the product can be positioned so that it tilts at an angle of 0 ° and 30 ° with the ground.

Despite working at low energy levels, the interior design was developed to throw out the heat generated by the LEDs. The LEDs and drivers, which are heat sources, were separated from each other and cooled down separately and interactions were reduced. To reduce the effect of the wind load, the modules are connected to the shell by thin arms. When the module and the body were designed, rounded lines were used so that the wind showed resistance at the lowest level. Ventilators were used to reduce the effects of air expansion on the product gasket, since LED modules were thought to work in different climatic conditions and temperatures.
Challenge: to create a robust and modern product in different designs by changing the length of the low-cost production profile arms and changing the mounting locations of the semi-finished products, without making any changes on the semi-finished products produced by aluminum injection molding, which requires costly pre-investment.
