| DESIGN NAME: Fun switch PRIMARY FUNCTION: Easy to use INSPIRATION: Switch is not very convenient in daily life such as not suitable for children height switch position and way of fixed switching.To solve this problem, a new switch is designed. This switch design is easy to use and easy to understanding . UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This switch has two way of control.It consists of drop-down way and sliding way.The switch use rope drop-down way to solve the problem of children switch light.Meanwhile, sliding way use circular-button as control way as it make process of switch light full of fun and easier to identify the direction of turn on and off . OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: User can choose sliding way or pull-down control to turn on the light. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design of this project started in October 2016 and finished in January 2017 in Zhengzhou University of Light Industry. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: PC material SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 110mm*100mm*20mm TAGS: Switch,easy to use,sliding,pull-dow RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Good design is easy to use and understanding,is human-concerned design,is bring good use-experience.The design inspiration comes from life.People in the use of products encountered problems need to be resolved by designer.Because switch is not very convenient such as not suitable for children height switch position and way of fixed switching.So,we designed the new switch way and easy to use and understanding. CHALLENGE: The challenge is that this switch make peolpe feel that fun and easy to use. We finally find a good way.
