| DESIGN NAME: KUNG HEI FAT CHOI PRIMARY FUNCTION: Greetings, Joyful Chinese Holiday Wishes INSPIRATION: The greeting website was inspired by “Boomerang”, a popular mobile app to create 1-second mini video loops. A group of core members in cccdi was invited to take a short video individually with different gestures and movements. By speeding up the videos and then looping them back and forth, all the videos were put on a same website together to create a rewinding GIF-like e-card. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: KUNG HEI FAT CHOI is chinese that means "May the Chinese New Year bring health, happiness and fortune to your family and business. To show our innovative and warm blessing, and break the rules and limitation of traditional website, the web page look like a playground with Chinese Lunar New Year environment and elements, where a group of core members in cccdi was invited to take a short video individually with different gestures and movements that looks like playing and sharing joyful greetings to the visitors. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The person will reach out and show a C sign when clicking over him/her. All people will reach out when you click on the ground. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in October 2015 in Hong Kong for 3 Months and finished in Jan 2016. Later on it has been refined in December 2017. |

CHALLENGE: Time costing for video production to fit the dimension of website view.
