INSPIRATION: Evoking cool weather Tapado Antartico Sand was designed to provide warmth on colder days. The tartan is the leading pattern of this collection. Inspired by the traditional static of British Heritage, evoking their country lifestyle; lead to a color palette of brick, brown and carmine. Handmade from hypoallergenic materials. This collection aims at sharing the lifestyle of pets and owners. Adaptable to all breeds. Beagle was the dog that inspired this collection.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The coat is compatible to be wear on top of the Margoff harness´s throough and eyelets. The eyelet is placed in the same position through out the over all collection with also allows to take you pet with any leash.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2010 and finished in February 2012 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The product was exhibited during the "Sello del Buen Diseño" Contest sponsor by the Ministry of Industry of Argentina on July 2015.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Dye stamping antipeeling polar, Italian synthetic fleece fur collar, knitted quilted linen, wadding, and five leatherlike bottoms.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As a Vet and Designer i use my knowledge of the dog´s anatomy to develop garments useful and confortable as well; for cold weather conditions. In order to develop the Tapado Antartico Sand, the team mention above worked on customer preference value and philological appeal as well as researching materials and suppliers to met the product functionality. The outcome of our methodology rendered a successful product market entry and business achievement
CHALLENGE: The challenge was to reach a pattern together with easing their manufacturing process. During the development process the main obstacles to overcome was to start up a sort of "School" on my own in all fields digital design, digital pattern, digital cutting, adapt the existing knitting to meet the dogs sawing requirements of there skin, joins, chest, and mostly for a four legs material a by ability was scared, so we need to perform and extended research over external suppliers worldwide
