As it is a demonstration unit, therefore the designer needed to realize the local market and type of customers in Changsha. Of course the designer was required to work closely with the marketing team of the client, so that we came up some optional types of office for the client's final decision. Fashion designer's workshop was selected because new designers were exactly market client. They required small offices to start up their business.
The hardest part of the project is the ceiling height under the beam has only less then 2.3m, the designer needed to think carefully about the ceiling design. Besides, the construction period had only 25 days, therefore we needed to solve and discuss lots of problems with the constructor on site.
