| DESIGN NAME: TimeTec Ta PRIMARY FUNCTION: Fully responsive website INSPIRATION: Work life balance & modern organization, using the website and mobile gadgets to organize work schedules, making it more accessible, flexible and pragmatic for the working community. For over a decade the company had been offering conventional solution and taking that rich experience and turning it into a solution fits for the future generation. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We want to promote flexibility and openness. There is no one definite way to tackle a problem and the design of this page has to introduce to clients the many ways that staff attendance can be obtained without much hassle. From the web to the mobile versatility, we cater to all. The customers are also exposed to the industries that this solution applicable to, as well as the language customizations available. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It is very important that we relay this experience across various gadgets with responsive design and we achieve that for this page.TimeTec has always been about providing convenience to customers and we incorporate every information necessary for customers and resellers to know about the solution, to subscribe instantaneously with availability of payment gateway, and for reseller to sign up to be our agent. The flow is designed to provide smooth operation for every purpose plus help is offered in case they stumbled upon obstacles. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: We decided on the concept within a month, the frame of the website was completed around 2 months. The next is to fill the website with contents, photos, videos, that took another 2 months. Total duration to complete around 5 months. We are still introducing more elements to make the website more solid for our potential clients. Bandar Kinrara, Selangor, Malaysia. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We emphasize on using photos across many types of industries that use our solution for example a grocery store is not a usual office but the solution is applicable. The main focus is the easy access of information and we achieve that by determining the type of information needed and in what form would it be most effective for our potential customers. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: We are using a responsive design and our team made sure that the appeal in the website is consistent with the mobile app. Other features introduced, such as documents, and videos are presented in a way that makes the viewer feel comfortable navigating. We made sure that the information is sufficient and easily acessible to our clients. TAGS: Cloud solution, time attendance, responsive, web design, interface, website, clean, modern, user experience RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We researched other similar solutions in the market and we browsed through various contemporary websites to look for ideas and inspirations. Refined & restructured the website to better user experience and ensure responsiveness to support all platform. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge was to create an informative website and yet to remain it simplistic design and a fully responsive website to support all mobile and tablet devices.
