| DESIGN NAME: Sambaqui PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: Customers wanted a house that besides being beautiful had many elements of design, art and natural materials. The architecture, extremely well situated on the land, already takes advantage of the beautiful views and so inspiration came from the natural environment. The children participated in the project by giving their opinion and choosing the colors, while the couple enthusiastically followed the guidance given by our office and were very supportive of our projects, which in the end was super stylish. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the living room we needed to create some panels that would accommodate the Home Theatre when necessary. A very generous space was assigned for the piano, which faces the beautiful view that serves as a source of inspiration for the client while playing. The kitchen was designed with a footprint of "cute little house", this was the domain and the wishes of the customer, who is fond of the English style. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The ground floor has six main rooms that can be integrated when necessary by large slice panels, depending on the use of each environment. The kitchen, dining room, living room, tv room and terrace are fully integrated with each other and the surrounding nature. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2014 and finished in October 2014. The improvements started in November 2014 and finished November 2015, in Florianopolis. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The principal materials used are: natural wood floor, bamboo panels and brick walls. A mix of raw and natural materials mixed with bamboo blades and wood, colors and special lighting. To contrast and bring life to the environments, striking colors like raw tones, brown, light green and blue were used. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The house has two floors totaling 535 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Materials, Bamboo, Architecture, Natural, Feeling, Decor Office, concrete, bricks RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project has been much discussed since its first version and the clients were extremely participant in all the decisions. They knew how they wanted the internal divisions of the cabinets, but not the design. Therefore, it was a project which involved all of us. CHALLENGE: The old house in which the family lived gave way to a completely new house, an enormous conversion. When I was invited to do the interior design, the team was outstanding as the great reform was already in progress and I got to participate from the electrical definitions, hydro and lighting, coatings, etc. The projects existed, however our office balanced and harmonized everything and welcomed the key issues where necessary to better serve the layout that our office developed. NAME: Juliana Pippi Arquitetura Design PROFILE: Since 2000, Juliana Pippi, Florianópolis, has become a distinct name in the national interior design market, coordinating a team of seven professionals.The architect has gained several relevant titles in the profession. For three consecutive years won a place among the most active professionals from all over Brazil, she was in the top 100 of Kaza Magazine Award 6 times, 10 years in a row received awards for Santa Catarina Center Decoration (NCD) and this year received the top prize.She has participated in several decorating shows and since 2008 has signed more than 15 business contracts. From a jury composed of journalists from the profession and the public, Pipi received two awards for the Best Project for the Room Husband Gourmet, Casa Cor Santa Catarina in 2013, which was visited by over 2000 people.She is constantly on the move, traveling, researching and updating the search for new technologies.This year, she won the International Property Award, American Best Project with Juliana Pippi's Office. The architect maintains her line of work by being distinctly recognized by her high performance and range of capabilities, her creative use of colors and the ability to combine various materials and different textures. Currently Pipi is signing projects in many capitals of Brazil and is increasingly focused on serving foreign investors. |
