| DESIGN NAME: Artistic Life Style PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: Connotation of space have to evaluate from humanistic, the performances are then rich with emotional value and substantive meaning. The open living room, dining room let two families and the third generations interconnected. Through different liners and contrast colors of furniture, express the real emotions and values. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Life is an evolution attitude and style expression of humanity. The style and space fuse by design and reinterpret the texture and atmosphere of living. It emphasizes the perception of space poetic and aesthetic integrate. Through open space design, artistic context assimilate into humanistic dimension and aesthetic concept. It’s simple and functional. It resonates with the life memory of dwellers. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The proportional planning between area respects to dwellers’ real demand. Design team constantly trying to innovate, make the space more extensive, and emphasize life equivalent to style, each has different type of brilliant. Design team makes the artwork perform in group in planning. The colors, strokes, artistic conception, connotation, extension and enlargement of painting make the penetration, hierarchy, extension, persistence, contrast, proportion and external relationship of space and design perfectly match. Through the atmosphere, lighting and temperature, the dwellers can easily experience the elegant content of life and abundant vitality. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The special natural texture of Italy travertine as the main wall, extending to the tactile impression of hand-scraping floor, the oak wood’s gray tone infuse profound real wood texture, the appropriate mixture of dark, shallow or neutral color accompany with silver metal, echoing a low profile, elegant space expression and lifestyle. This is the fourth time design team accepts the dweller’s entrust, the previous three cooperation experiences let design team to understand the dweller’s taste and personality. Against to the complex art collections, the design team made it as the spindle of design, the whole design work in concert with low profile and elegant. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Mostly of the 410 sqm spaces are using in public area, private areas are planned with comfortable and the function of rest. There is a projector hide on top, changes the traditional concept of television main wall. Most of the furniture is original design, through the combination of design spirit, colors, shapes and artworks, goodly presented a simple lifestyle and flexible stylish functional space which is desire by modern people. These concepts are related to the characteristics and living habit of the dwellers In the other hand, it resonated with the natural tranquil eastern culture, and then generate the extension visual. CHALLENGE: There is a difficulty in space planning because of the collection and the love of art by dwellers Design team then start the overall design from selecting the materials. Through the open scale, it emphasizes the comfortable, natural and calm atmosphere of oriental, forming penetrability linear, conducting changes of gradation. Free usages of materials by simple texture materials and arrangement of gradation color which derived the conception, become the spindle of navigation space. The design concepts are functional, practical and maximize the area. It is to expand the extend and penetrate of visual, collocation with the progressive soft light, together deduce the infinite possibilities of space and value of life.
