| DESIGN NAME: Nerissa Shadows PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: To make a comfortable house for a successful people,to bring them a qualified life.The designer aimed to design modern,luxury,dramat UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: What is the meaning of home?I personally think that home is not a place of social and formality.After a tough and tired working day,where do you prefer to go,a warmth home or a hotel?Life has not only luxury,but also comfortable experiences.Home is a place to relax and open,to love and be loved; home is a place to collect your own stories,to release your special personality and mood.What kind of living space is the best need of top elites and industry leaders?In this project,we tried to add as much as colorful,warm and full of Oriental flavor elements to build a warm and sweet,modern and dramatic Oriental style home. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This is a space special for families and friends get together to enjoy a happy time.The designer design a family hall specially for families get together,while another down stair living room mainly for friends or other visitors.Both can enjoy their time without bothering each other. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2016 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2016. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: How to put these unique materials together is the most challenge part in this project,they were made in different factories or from different brands.It was hard to control the size and completed time,while he have to make sure they are in perfect match after installation.He do not want to show a ordinary house as you seen everywhere,he tried to realize interesting and dramatic match.Beautiful colors making an Oriental environment,when putting coffee into whiskey become whiskey coffee,you may interested in this special taste even you will never drink this kind of spirit.He call this popular style modern Oriental. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The total area of this project is 180㎡ TAGS: multi-function-house RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The client is an industry leader and born in 1970s.we learned a lot of similar projects and what is such kind of successful man need best in life.Besides,this project used some new constructing methods and technologies,he consulted specialists and producers. CHALLENGE: The designer do not want to show a ordinary house as you seen everywhere,he still try to realize interesting and dramatic living space.Beautiful colors making an Oriental environment,when put coffee into whiskey become whiskey coffee,you may interested in this special taste even you will never drink this kind of spirit.He call this popular brand new look style modern Oriental.
