PRIMARY FUNCTION: Armchair
INSPIRATION: Born in 1943, Anacleto starts as craftsman and merchant, stretching to Indonesia where he discovers, in Java, the findings of a 3000 year old civilization. Indonesia also serves as an inspiration to start his unique furniture and design collection, which takes his career to a new level. This leads Spazzapan to an actual challenge: producing everyday item prototypes made out of steel rod. The result is the beginning of a furniture production with strong aesthetic and functional properties.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The archair "Che Palle 18 spheres" is a unique piece and is composed of 18 spherical elements assembled together. This armchair of Design and to be considered a real sculpture made entirely by 3 mm metal rod cut and solded by hand piece by piece.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: -
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The production started in 2006 in Bali (Indonesia). The project need more than 4 months to be completed.
