| DESIGN NAME: Time of the Family PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: At the architecture, which is built by the combinations of intelligent technology, buildings, landscapes, etc. every lights and shadows have ultimately become the aesthetics of photography. The recess windows, decorated in the main bedroom, have created the halation of lights having no specific patterns. The design of intake and exhaust venting system, and the double acting door at the kitchen have reduced the inferior impact of smoke to the minimum effect. The ingenious and meticulous designs, which have isolated the influence of contamination, make the family stay at ease and pleasantly in this residence. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project, which is focused on environmental preservation, makes everyone feel the natural wind, daylight, water, dewdrop, and seasonal variations, the living place that is comfortable without showing off. The garden, which is automatic controlled, is luxuriant invigorating, labor saving, and relaxing. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The cautious engineers and extrovert family, under the plans from the designer, have made this residence full of love and tenderness. Depending more than on professional skills, the designer has taken into considerations a number of missing ideas that surprise the client. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The wood-grain stones, and the slate-made mountain are extending from the outdoor to the indoor space. The wall surface, behind the couch, remains its rough quality and is implanted with the laminates. The uneven wall surface, in the meantime, reduces the sound reflections so that it creates a comfortable audio room. Such design, furthermore, has isolated the heat from outside and kept the comfortable temperature in the entire indoor space. To infuse the residence fresh air, the design of windows is of great importance as well. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 229 square meters TAGS: Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Without putting an emphasis on either the client or the designer’s professional skills, the designer, in this case, started this design plan by knowing further about the client’s personal history, personality, preferences, concepts about beauty, and by realizing the mental and living requirements for the whole family. CHALLENGE: Without the interference from sophisticated designs, the single chairs have replaced TV that are designed specific for reading and listening to music, the ideological effort warming up the family intimacy from love, interactions, and capacity of magnanimousness.
