| DESIGN NAME: Agitation Between Movement PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: On the basis of the precise and definite plan of motion lines, the designer has made the complete space that connects ingeniously the different working areas and distinct space mechanisms. The casements, installed on three different directions in the office, spill the indoor space with daylight, the design creating amazing variations of lights and shadows, and giving rise to abundant levels in space, following different time during a day. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the tender atmosphere present primarily by warm colors, the designer has brought into existence a working area full of the characteristics of both fashioned technology and humanity spirits, which include the temperatures and stories, by integrating the simple and rough industrial elements in Loft style, and by mixing heterogeneous materials and objects. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Following the visual along the right and left side of the main wall, people shall see the primary working area and the independent space on both sides. Integrated the contemporary mechanism aesthetics and diversified colors, applied in the public as well, the glass wall and working area, where the exposed pipelines and steel plates have demonstrated the Loft spirits that preserve the original unadorned ceiling, give rise to the wide and penetrative indoor space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: When stepping in at the entranceway, people will experience the composed and comfortable main style, which is constituted by the simple and neat lines, the grey-and-black slate wall, and the wooden ceiling and floor. In the meantime, the geometric-style main wall painted in mustard yellow which represents the company’s logo color, and the contemporary-style sculpture next to the entrance demonstrate the courageous and innovative thoughts in the public area, and create the unique and great space effects by means of the confliction between two opposite atmospheres. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 574 square meters TAGS: Office RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The office, in this project, is located at the core business area in metropolitan and is equipped with advanced technology. Different from those who build up the most general cold-style technology companies, the employer, who cares about the benefits for the employees, wants to have an office integrating aesthetics, comfort and pleasant elements. On the basis of the company spirits "innovation, cooperation, and reunion," the client, at the beginning of this design plan, applied the concepts such as innovation, invigoration and diversification to the indoor space. CHALLENGE: By designing the entire space from the integral perspective, the designer makes the employees working in such one-of-a-kind atmosphere bring out unlimited innovative imaginations, by bringing rise to a combat between two distinct design styles, which are present in composed warm colors and innovative industrial style.
