Alaçatı Villa has been projected by Tasarımca Design Office, which is inspired from the distinctive Alaçatı Architecture. The Villa aims to create a different look to the texture of the region by interpreting the classical style with a modern understanding. The choosen colors white and turquoise serve to blend the Alaçatı's peaceful atmosphere with the owner's positive energy.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The nature interwined plainness of the main space in the ground floor was created with the semi open spaces. The big windows in the front are building a natural transition between indoor and outdoor spaces without breaking the integrity of the lounge and patio. The details in the basement and upper floors are focused to the natural texture with supporting the design approach.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The different materials and approaches are united under one roof for fullfilling the daily needs and supporting the life habits of a modern family. Each designed furniture and choosen product serve to create a timeless space.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in October 2015 and finished in June 2016 in Alaçatı, İzmir, Turkey.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
We used our design traditional ashlar stone wall, old wood, marble, vintage ceramic and parquet, wooden shutters,laminated aluminum joinery be suitable for Alacati Architecture.

The Villa has 300 m² indoor space and 500 m² outdoor space with a garden.
