| DESIGN NAME: Daylight, River and Wind PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: The young, middle aged old generations are living in this building, in which under the environmental conditions of the surrounding base have planned for this project the architecture with two-connected buildings, in which the circular and independent style has integrated naturally with the landscapes in the city, so that everyone can feel such atmosphere ubiquitously in this architecture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the entire space, with the decoration of the compound objects made of iron grilles, the simple, delicate contemporary qualities extend the black-and-white bricks and exposure concrete walls. Compared with cold contemporary atmosphere, the main tone of exposure concrete structure, with the wooden floors, furniture, objects and an interesting modern sculpture, have created a warm and greenery place people lingering around. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Home is not a place for sleeping and relaxing, but a place carrying all kinds of unknown stories that help us find any possibility. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: On the ground floor, as a medium connecting the indoor and outdoor space, the designer has built up a wide-open and majestic hallway and round square, to strengthen the public relationship with the environment, so that this architecture can match appropriately with culture creative industry park on the other side of the street. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 880 square meters TAGS: Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In Taichung City and adjacent to the culture creative industry park next to a river, a five-floor residence, in black, white and grey, is located on the area with greenery plants. CHALLENGE: The culture creative industry park, a place being treated as a place for the family members showing their collections of jewelry, can function as an interaction for all entities in this environment as well. From the second to the fourth floor, the area is designed mainly for the activities of the whole family.
