| DESIGN NAME: Sweet Home for Traveling Family PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence Design INSPIRATION: There are few new buildings, adjacent to the Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station which provides the convenience of traffic network, which are located at the wild open redevelopment zone. The environment, on this area, reflects the spatial style in an emerging redevelopment zone. With the great view, moderate population, fresh air and much sunlight, the residence, in this project, is a pleasant and comfortable place good for living. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The designer adopted the open-style strategy, which combining the spaces with different spatial characteristics while magnifying the visual effect in the meantime. When processing the wall, the designer decorates with wooden veneers that demonstrate family union, cooperative spirit, and brings the visual to a deeper level. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The designer decorates with wooden veneers that demonstrate family union, cooperative spirit, and brings the visual to a deeper level. The frosted grey back wall, in the dining room, mitigates the lights reflections that are dazzling, while ingenious connect the characteristics of migratory birds with travelers, the style of design making each space tell its own story. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: On the way walking to the main bedroom, people shall go through the study room, where the three iron sliding door panels shall present a geometric panting, when panels are placed together in right sequence, the surprising design making a harmonious symphony among three panels and bringing the beauty of scales into real life. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 119 square meters TAGS: Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The life experiences of structural aesthetics. CHALLENGE: When coming in the residence, people will see the public area composed of the living room and dining room. When designing this area, the designer adopted the open-style strategy, which combining the spaces with different spatial characteristics while magnifying the visual effect in the meantime.
