| DESIGN NAME: 01: Dimensioning Instrument PRIMARY FUNCTION: Capture contours & dimensions of objects INSPIRATION: We, the makers, are obsessive about fit, proportion and craftsmanship. We realized what we need most is evolved tools: improved way we capture, use and communicate dimensions in space. We wanted to do it in a way people as passionate about creating as we are, would appreciate. Crafted. Elegant. Thoughtful. We felt tackling dimensioning is the most natural challenge for us. 01 simplifies how we capture key contours, so we can measure and create better and faster. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 01 is world’s first dimensioning instrument. Carved in aluminum, and contained within a pen, pencil or stylus, 01 rolls to capture 3D curves and dimensions of any object. It connects to your phone, where you log and share in any unit, scale and in all key formats, ready for use in CAD. 01 is a must- have tool for everyone who creates in 3 dimensions, from designers and modellers to trimmers and tailors.
