| DESIGN NAME: Long Beach Garden PRIMARY FUNCTION: Modern Residenital INSPIRATION: The design is inspired by the flat's location. It is well known that Hong Kong has many high rise buildings, so it is very difficult to live in a flat with a wide sea view. but this flat not only has a wide sea view and it faces to the most famous Tsing Ma Bridge. Bridge represents Hong Kong's prosperous and modern architectural style. We think that this beautiful sea view is the main spirit of the flat, so what we do is to use the simple design mix with modern style to match with this UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Long Beach Garden is a modernised style design. Main Color is in white and mix with some high contrast color. We designed some furnitures including storage platform, electric bed, tall cabinet in bathroom to meet the needs of customer. Also, we designed a hidden door for laundry room, storage room and corridor that form a spine of the flat. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Space planning, knock down the wall to make open kitchen, 3D rendering before start to process. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Design start in September 2015 Construction completion in September 2016. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We has an own factory to meet the need of customer on different material selection and design. For example, The video and audio tall cabinet with hidden door in living room needs the special door hinge from Japan and we can totally meet this request. In addition, All of our product is made from Germany and Italy material, so the furniture is more durable and looks beautiful. Meanwhile, We selected some high technology items including electric door lock, electric bed hinge, electric window curtain and iAuto lighting system in this flat so as to make the flat looks more modernistic. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1300 SQF TAGS: OLEZO RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We help client to find some material more durable of furniture.Finally we use the Egger (Brand of material) to process. CHALLENGE: In a small area of living in Hong Kong. Help Client to store their goods in a small room.
