| DESIGN NAME: BOX B PRIMARY FUNCTION: Home BAR INSPIRATION: The Inspiration came from the tv shows like mad men where culture of drinking was quite different to what we mostly have now. We want to make a process of serving a drink be more valuable. Keep whiskey in a crystal jar is much more attractive and elegant. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Modern contemporary style bar is i a combination of simplicity, style and function OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: home bar PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: project started in 2014 in London and and launched in november 2015 at the Design Junction exhibition FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Furniture Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Open wooden bar made of oak with two shelves and lighting. Bar contains set of three different trays for bottles, glasses and accessories. Metal base - black lacquered or brass. Goes with a mirror and side graphite glass panels.
