| DESIGN NAME: Box in a Box PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The shortfall of this 900 square foot apartment in Garden Mansion is the columns and beams, Samuel determined to design all the residential negative aspects into a feature and modern living area. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This 900 square foot flat feels much spacious. Unlike many Manhattan Loft style apartments, the whole apartment is warm and soft thanks to the natural sunlight from the windows. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Preliminary meeting to get to know our clients, design meetings to further adjust the design and make sure it's a perfect fit to our clients' needs, monitoring the whole construction from start to finish, handover and clients move in PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: 2015, Hong Kong, start and end within 9 months FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
