| DESIGN NAME: Modern Significance PRIMARY FUNCTION: Art Exhibition INSPIRATION: The Rich Art Gallery is situated at this place, Huiwen Rd. Taichung City. The modern art accounts for its business philosophy, which finds and trains brilliant artistic talents, and displays significant artwork to the public through the platform of art gallery and complete agent system. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: There are two floors in this art gallery, where the majority of its exhibition is modern art. The designer made the art gallery a place with simple and neat style. When opening the main door, we can see the black baking enamel wall with a bit quality of dark green, surrounding the big inner space. With the white ceiling and unique yellow light seen usually at spectacle, the elegant atmosphere is created in this place. In the display center with the transparent characteristic, two large display walls define ingeniously for the space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: All of a sudden, the scenery corresponding from the outside, functioning as the TV wall, fills the cool exhibition center with a sense of warm. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The rotation features of the walls have multiple variations according to the requirements of themes and space. The arrangement strengthens the flexibility and variability, presenting multiple appearances beneficially according to different artworks through the movable showing shelf. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 320 square meters TAGS: Art Exhibition RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With the rush of life in the city, in which the emerging area constituted by tall buildings, there is a large and greenery forest park by the side of main traffic artery. The Rich Art Gallery is situated at this place, Huiwen Rd. Taichung City. The modern art accounts for its business philosophy, which finds and trains brilliant artistic talents, and displays significant artwork to the public through the platform of art gallery and complete agent system. CHALLENGE: At the corner behind the display center, the meeting space is created by translucent glass. The white wall and the sense of transparency make the black space with the sense of warm. After walking along the staircase, we can see the exhibition area constituted by white walls. The white walls and black ceiling extend the contemporary atmosphere of black and white.
