INSPIRATION: In the opinion of Mr. Sun Liming, a good design should qualify himself for seizing in the first time the relation tie between space form and customer’s need. To some extent, he should be not only a space designer, but also a restaurant food designer, knowing more about planning and marketing of a restaurant than its boss.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located in Wuxi City, Toronto Seafood Cafeteria gives every customer a personal visiting experience. Combining slightly luxury and contemporary industry style, reflecting eastern and western modern lives, view changes while moving, in order to present a fashion city atmosphere to all diners.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Unique slight luxury and stylish industrial orderly mirroring different city trends from East and West are both added into this restaurant. Guests are able to enjoy themselves with delicious dishes while going through stunning visibility and lighting.

CHALLENGE: The designer shall have business operation view to treat design and tackle issues such as operation, benefit and sustainable development. The existing structure of the building could not provide enough rooms for occupations, so the architect designed the tables and chairs according to the actual demands. On the other hand, the existing area for cook is far reaching form several dining sections. Thus, centralized cook island was introduced to serve guests around effectively and quickly.
