INSPIRATION: Bimillennial history of China in Xi’an, millennial in Beijing, centennial in Shanghai. After 5/4 Movement in history,China’s New Culture Movement,which is treated as the Chinese Renaissance, started to thrive then.The New Culture Movement developed extensively both in Beijing and Shanghai. Although the early backbones as Hu Shi, Lu Xun, Qian Xuantong, Liu Bannong, etc in this movement revolted in Peking University, their source of culture came from Shanghai originally.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It's a sales centre for real estate. The leading designer casted thick humanity taste and freedom disclosed from such BONES into the interior and revealed a kind of open and diverse lyricalness.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Hysun Chairman Sales Center is a commercial development for real estate property branding promotion and exhibition. Customers are accessible to all information about the property curated by the developer.

CHALLENGE: Inspired by 'Hai Style' Eastern elements and focused to build the most corresponding style with this city,the sales center is not only a place for selling houses, but also tends to create a handed-on academy. The designer would like to arouse people’s memory of Shanghai intensively.
