| DESIGN NAME: Residence L PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential house INSPIRATION: The sea hath its pearls, The heaven hath its stars; But my heart, my heart, My heart hath its love. -Heinrich Heine (1799-1856) As a shell lying quietly in the bay, brewing a perfect pearl after pondering and revealing its elegant and refined gloss with interchanging deep and shallow layers. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The smooth arc lines extend to the Shenzhen Bay, and the multi-layer sky blue and jazz white interlace with each other, dancing lightly with the change in space melody. The utilization in the arrangement of the basic materials produces a rich and varied lines of light and shadow. The study of the detail and texture defines a new experience of luxury and aesthetics. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The main role of the walls is for space partitioning. The case is mostly of load-bearing wall systems. Under the circumstances where the partitions cannot be changed, the circular arc placement changes the established layout impression. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project started in March 2015 and finished in April 2016 in southern China. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Main material are powder coat veneered panels, marble , oak wood flooring, titanium metal, leather. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Acreage is 262 square meter. TAGS: residential, residence, delicate, luxury, decorating, casa RESEARCH ABSTRACT: There is no specific research for this project. CHALLENGE: There is almost no obstacles during renovating this house. NAME: XJ Studio PROFILE: "' Xiang Ji' is a philosophical vocabulary, in which the meaning is very profound; therefore, I wanted to use another straightforward word to replace it, so I came up with the word 'dissolve'.
