| DESIGN NAME: Plus PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multifunctional stirrer INSPIRATION: Stirrer could assist people cooking in a faster and convenient way, it is a common baking tool in daily life, however, the construction of the traditional stirrer is complicated, which is hard to wash, so its service life would be shortened. Plus is a baking tool combining the functions of spoon and stirrer. Turn the button of the handle, Plus could change its functions. Plus could complete many tasks of bake by itself, such as taking the flour and butter, blending foods. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Stirrer could assist people cooking in a faster and convenient way, it is a common baking tool in daily life, however, the construction of the traditional stirrer is complicated, which is hard to wash, so its service life would be shortened. The first problem Plus faces up with is making it easy to clean. Plus, a spoon and a stirrer, compared with ordinary stirrer, is more comfortable to clean and use, it will improve cooking efficiency. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Plus is a dual use baking tool，turn the button of its handle, Plus could change its functions. It has two functions, such as spoon and stirrer. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in November 2015 in China and finished in MArch 2016 in China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The softwares are Solidworks and Keyshot. plus uses plastic as the main material, the plastic is heat resistance and with a certain intensity. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Dinmension: 80 mm x 25 mm x 220 mm. Technical properties: Turn the button of the handle, Plus could change its functions. It has two functions, such as spoon and stirrer. The first problem Plus face up with is making it easy to clean. When design the new whisk, the challenge is how to make the structure of Plus reasonable.
