| DESIGN NAME: Zimmer AAOS '16 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Trade Show Exhibit INSPIRATION: We approached this design with the goal of visually supporting the message Zimmer was communicating. The primary message to be communicated was that Zimmer had merged with Biomet to create one, stronger company. To convey this, we created a circular exterior encompassing the interior lounge, offices, and dynamic video presentation. This gave the space a very inclusive feel and created a unified space to learn more about the newly unified brand. This merger would only fuel Zimmer’s prior success in the industry. We used layout, lighting, and materials to give the space movement representing Zimmer Biomet’s progress as a brand and it’s extension into the marketplace. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our design incorporates both custom and rental elements to create an efficient, custom space. We utilize our proprietary inter-space system for a lightweight cost-effective exhibit skeleton. We created custom illuminated display counters for Zimmer to use for years to come. We utilized motorized screens to present the most dynamic messaging attendees had seen.
