| DESIGN NAME: Penthouse PRIMARY FUNCTION: Luxury Penthouse INSPIRATION: My vision was to create the most exquisite interiors, and change the perception of what defines true luxury at this most exclusive of addresses in modern Moscow. I considered every detail to ensure the experience of living at the Penthouse is unsurpassed. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I believe this Penthouse has set a new benchmark for residential schemes, not just in Moscow, but around the world. There is an effortless marriage of design and functionality that ensures signature perfection and delivers a unique living experience. The exacting standards I employed, together with the most exclusive materials sourced globally deliver beauty, luxury and technology that place this, one of the finest addresses in the world, in a class of its own on a global scale. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Upon entrance of the penthouse, one can feel the effortless flow and consistently luxurious style from room to room. The ability to control such vital features of the home via smart devices allows for an uninterrupted interaction between human and technology. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2013 and finished in May 2015, in Moscow. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Bespoke chandeliers were an inspired collaboration with Swarovski, as their crystals convey sophistication and elegance. The staircase, especially, where flowing, organic lines of polished steel and palisander create a glorious fusion that I think is a new modern classic, and a hallmark of this project. Live the future. Luxury and cutting edge technology in one remarkable penthouse. Room to room environmental control, smart security system, switchable glass, TV lifts and curtains are all controlled by your iPhone. In my serious dedication to superior luxury, all the doors are made of onyx, and finished to exacting standards. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project Size: 250 sq.m. Project Features: 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Project Location: 71st floor of the Moscow Tower. Address: Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya 8, Moscow Russia 123317 Russian Federation.
