UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The warm and welcoming ambience of the apartment is created via the use of the cement ceiling, wooden wall & marble flooring. Marble floor is a main spot through the apartment from living area, dining area even bathrooms. Spacious open kitchen equipped with high-class appliances & a large eye-catching dining table is the feature & centre of the apartment.
