| DESIGN NAME: PRO90 6 MFE S AR Arancio PRIMARY FUNCTION: Freestanding cooker INSPIRATION: The design of this professional cooker has been inspired by the needs of the consumers, providing them an beautiful and ergonomic home appliance to reach professional results. The orange gives to the product an exclusive and special Italian touch, which is a value of the brand. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Bertazzoni's cooker stands for his distinctive and elegant design at the service of the user. The orange colour represents the buttonhole, expressing the Italian vitality. Bertazzoni colours are applied in a fully durable, double layer coating on stainless steel using the latest processes developed for the automobile industry. The finish is acid and temperature resistant to give you a long-lasting lustre, and bring a new dimension to the design and style to your kitchen. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Ergonomics is a key factor of the Bertazzoni's cooker, which is provided with smart and friendly technology to help user cooking in the easiest way. The home appliance shows an intuitive and simple to use interface for advanced programming and feedback and is equipped with comfortable details such as motion hinges and anti slam closing systems or the warming drawer. Bertazzoni’s cooker is designed to be the ideal cooking tool. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2011 In Guastalla (RE) and finished in 2013. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The cooker is the result of an assembly work of a huge amount of pieces done in sequence from a high-specialized staff. All the components are designed by Bertazzoni; the productive process includes different techniques such as iron pressing, brass and aluminum melting, welding or laser use. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The cooker size is 90 cm with a deep of 60 cm and a height from 890 to 916. It is provided with a hob with 6 burners and an electric oven with 11 functions. TAGS: Bertazzoni, orange, cookers, cooking RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: The main difficulty was finding a premium level of paint process, higher than the one normally used in the home appliance sector. Bertazzoni decided to turn to a supplier in the luxury car and motorcycle field to reach a cutting-edge result.
