PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Seeds Packaging

INSPIRATION:
The features which developed the concept and structured the design were meant to balance the rational and functional benefits of the product. Therefore, "the host of every party" resemblance replenished the general idea and brought unity for the entire range.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The key concept of the entire design is to reflect the "the host of every party" on each packaging. Using distinct colors and patterns the host is proper for every occasion.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The better results were achieved by the better emotional connection with the consumer, keeping at the same time the brand's quality & professionalism perception.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started early 2015 and ended in late october 2015.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Rotogravure printing on flexible packaging with selective varnish.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Nutline is the leading brand of nuts & seeds category in Romania, founder of seeds segment and its leader since then.During strategic evaluation, it has been identified that Nutline black seeds design was more conservative than other products. Qualitative pack evaluation showed that current Nutline pack was perceived being high quality, premium, and professional, reliable in line with brand image as leading innovator.

CHALLENGE:
The challenge was to build on brand’s previous strong holds (high quality, professional, reliable and innovative) adding a touch of conviviality, approachability and good mood, recommending it for pleasurable socializing.The project objectives were in the first place to make the brand speak the consumer language in this segment as to increase preference, then enhance visibility and appeal at black seeds shelf.
